Praise The LORD my friends and enemies alike.
I bring you greetings in the name of the Holy Messiah.
Please allow me to share a little about myself and make myself perfectly clear and repeat what I have been saying for over 30 years.
I did not “go into the ministry” as some men and women do. I did not seek the office I now serve in nor did I receive it from any man or institution. Any knowledge or insight that anyone may perceive as coming from me is not from me but from Him who sent me.
Being a Preacher-Teacher is not a job (vocation/career or big business) for which I am seeking employment, prestige, honor or glory. I am not called into the Kingdom of God ministry to compete like a business for finances, membership, property acquisitions, worldly accolades and material investments and prosperity. I am called out from the world’s religious systems and sent by GOD to teach and preach His divine Truth of salvation and challenge every creature to repent. It is a “LIFE” to which I was especially and personally called and sent by the FATHER through Christ.
Initially, man’s system of “Church and Religion” tried to indoctrinate me and pervert the message and assignment that the LORD sent and is still sending me on. But thanks to God’s intervention, I was removed from their influence and freed to operate in the office to which I was appointed and gifted by God through Christ. I do not knowingly subscribe to any institutional faith or religion. My calling and election is strongly anchored in Christ and in God as all ministers of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God should be.
It still disturbs me though that I almost missed salvation while running after Church affiliation. So many people do not realize that the system of “churches” as we have come to know them today doesn’t exist in the kingdom of God or in the message of Christ. Perhaps we shall address that subject in a future post.
I have taught other preachers in the past, through the revelation of Christ, that if we are truly sent by God, we should be able to find our “True Spiritual Selves” in the pages of the Holy Scripture, i.e., a portrait of the person we have become through Christ. And although I have found several passages of Holy Scripture that may reflect who I am and what I stand for in Christ, none seems to be more personal and applicable regarding my calling than that of Paul’s (Saul’s) proclamation in Galatians 1:1-12.
Now as you read the following scripture passage, please don’t get it twisted. I am not professing to be an Apostle of Christ by any stretch of the imagination. That Christ appointed distinction belongs only to the original Apostles of the Lamb. I am only stressing the point of the divine origin and purity of my calling and of the message of my ministry.
Galatians 1:1-12 (CJB)
1 From: Sha’ul, an emissary — I received my commission not from human beings or through human mediation but through Yeshua the Messiah and God the Father, who raised him from the dead — also from all the brothers with me
2 To: The Messianic communities in Galatia:
3 Grace and shalom to you from God our Father and from the Lord Yeshua the Messiah, 4 who gave himself for our sins, so that he might deliver us from the present evil world-system, in obedience to the will of God, our Father. 5 To him be the glory forever and ever! Amen.
6 I am astounded that you are so quick to remove yourselves from me, the one who called you by the Messiah’s grace, and turn to some other supposedly “Good News,” 7 which is not good news at all! What is really happening is that certain people are pestering you and trying to pervert the genuine Good News of the Messiah. 8 But even if we — or, for that matter, an angel from heaven! — were to announce to you some so-called “Good News” contrary to the Good News we did announce to you, let him be under a curse forever! 9 We said it before, and I say it again: if anyone announces “Good News” contrary to what you received, let him be under a curse forever!
10 Now does that sound as if I were trying to win human approval? No! I want God’s approval! Or that I’m trying to cater to people? If I were still doing that, I would not be a servant of the Messiah.
11 Furthermore, let me make clear to you, brothers, that the Good News as I proclaim it is not a human product; 12 because neither did I receive it from someone else nor was I taught it — it came through a direct revelation from Yeshua the Messiah.
I am not politically correct nor do I profess to be of eloquent and persuasive speech. I am simply and most humbly a servant of Father God.
May God The Father Be Glorified And Praised In EVERYTHING That I Do And Say Through Christ Our LORD!
